Enquiries and information you share

You may contact us by email or use the project enquiry form. If you submit an enquiry, we receive the name, contact details, property or company details, project timing and description you provide. We use these only to review your enquiry, respond and discuss potential work. If the form cannot confirm delivery, it will offer a direct email alternative.

Website and technical data

The website is delivered through hosting and content-delivery services, which may process technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser information, requested pages and security logs to operate and protect the service. We do not operate our own visitor analytics or advertising-pixel scripts in the current published website code. Hosting providers may independently use security technologies, including cookies, according to their policies.

Third-party services

The site requests typefaces from Google Fonts. Form submissions are processed through Cloudflare Pages Functions and Resend for email delivery. The enquiry form can also use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated submissions when configured. These services may process your contact and technical information to provide the service. If you contact us by email, your email provider and ours also handle your message.

Cookies and tracking preferences

We do not set advertising cookies or run cross-site advertising trackers in this website code. Because there is no cross-site advertising tracking configured by Maison, a browser Do Not Track signal does not change an advertising-tracking setting. Hosting or third-party services may apply their own technical and security measures. The site does not offer a marketing-cookie preference control because it has no configured marketing cookies.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell enquiry information. We may share project information with service providers only as needed to operate email, hosting or a commission, or when legally required. Enquiry emails and related correspondence are kept as reasonably needed for communication, business records and applicable obligations.

Your choices

For a question about information you have sent us, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email [email protected]. We may need to retain limited information for legal or legitimate business reasons.
